True Inheritor provides asset tracing, verification, and recovery services for heirs, families, and beneficiaries. Our services may include financial and investment asset recovery, insurance and benefits recovery, estate and inheritance recovery, legal coordination, and related advisory support. 

No Recovery, No Fee 

True Inheritor operates on a contingency-based fee structure. Clients are charged only when assets are successfully recovered. Specific terms, fees, and conditions may vary depending on the nature and complexity of each case and will be outlined in a separate agreement where applicable. 

Eligibility and Authority

By using our services, you confirm that you are legally authorized to act on your own behalf or on behalf of a rightful heir, beneficiary, estate, or authorized entity. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information throughout the engagement. 

Client Responsibilities 

Clients are responsible for providing truthful and complete information, supporting documentation, and timely cooperation as reasonably required to facilitate asset tracing and recovery. Failure to do so may delay or affect the outcome of services. 

Confidentiality

True Inheritor treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared with us will be used solely for service delivery, legal coordination, compliance, and communication purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Legal and Regulatory Compliance 

Our services are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. True Inheritor does not provide legal advice unless explicitly stated and does not guarantee recovery outcomes. 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Inheritor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid upon successful recovery.

Intellectual Property 

All content, materials, logos, and trademarks displayed on the True Inheritor website are the intellectual property of True Inheritor and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. 

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve coordination with third-party institutions, legal professionals, or service providers. True Inheritor is not responsible for the actions, policies, or decisions of third parties beyond our reasonable control. 

Termination

True Inheritor reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in unlawful or unethical conduct.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

Governing Law
